BRULÉE PHOTOGRAPHY

This has been one of those trips where I’ve wanted my camera on me at all times.   I have never been to this area during the summer, it is absolutely gorgeous!  There are so many things that you just don’t get in LA…open space, a “good morning” from people walking by, cheap happy hours, and Boulder beer mmmmm.  My sister had to work today so I decided to explore some of the stuff around her place.  Here are some of the photos from my outing (preferable viewed while playing old country music).  These don’t do it justice but check it out.

I am one of those people who annoyingly plays out a song when I love it.  Basically, when I discover a new song, my ipod shuffle doesn’t shuffle much at all.  Recently I stumbled across Jay Nash in itunes and am in love!  His song “Over You” is the perfect song to calm my crazy days.  SO if you like folk/acoustic rock, check him out!

I am such a dork…I get excited about the silliest things. I was checking out the Blu Domain Blog the other day and they had a photo of me…and lot’s of other people, but whatever

I knew from the way Miki and Rebecca described Kristen that shooting her event would be fabulous.  I have so many favorite photos from the night that it was difficult to chose which ones to blog! Can’t wait to see the wedding pics…

I can’t wait for these bandanas to catch on in the US. They are such an easy and chic way to keep clothes dry and clean. Normally at a baby shoot the moms are constantly wiping off the drool for the photos, but not this one!

After my shoots for Apfelkuchen, I came to the conclusion that my friend Kelly has the best taste in models! Most people who know me will tell you I’m mildly boy crazy but anyone who has ever spent five minutes with me knows that babies are my true obsession. 

Their soft squeezable cheeks, bubbly giggles and big question-mark filled eyes are enough to make me melt! So, when I found out that my next shoot involved not one, but four gerber perfect babies I almost lost it! Kelly hooked me up with the owner of Bandana Baby (site coming soon) for a fun filled, bandana wearing, backyard photo shoot.  I had to share this teaser photo of Quinn…such a little ham!
